This workshop was an informative way to learn about sugar, our bodies, and alternatives solutions to our sugar cravings. Some of the solutions I provided were:
Stay Hydrated
High energy nutrient dense foods (berries, avocados, proteins, beans, oats, raisins, dates)
Be cautious with Fat Free or Low Fat Foods
Sleep
Move
Create New post-meal rituals
Explore what else in your body is calling to be nourished
